As a busy mum I know exactly how our identity and confidence can take a hit as we navigate life with little ones, and bigger ones. For me there have been different times when this has happened. When I first returned to work I had a big dip in confidence, being back in the 'adult' world felt hard and the guilt was huge. Then when the not so little ones hit school; no longer are they so reliant on you. And then for me as my children have become young adults I have found myself navigating through the change in identity again. But having the tools I learnt the first time around has really helped me stay confident and happy - and enabled me to raise confident and happy children. I want that for you too.
So my mission is to support women just like you. To know your worth, who you are, what YOU want beyond the role of mum as that role changes over time.
Enable you to let go of guilt and really step into that confident version of you so that you can raise confident children too. The tools I teach can be used for your family too and have been really helpful as we have navigated teenage years and difficult transitions.

And the benefit will be felt beyond the 6 weeks and by those around you too.
